1. Data Storage & Isolation

CodecFactory deploys local model nodes and databases (PostgreSQL/Pinecone) behind isolated Virtual Private Cloud (VPC) policies on AWS. We do not store or parse prompts on third-party public logs unless explicitly requested by the corporate user for debugging purposes.

2. Vector Embeddings Retention

Semantic embeddings mapped from vendor bills, contract PDFs, or medical logs are indexed inside credential-isolated vector clusters. We configure daily encrypted snapshots to protect indices against physical drive loss or VPC breaks.

3. Cookies & Cache Tokens

Our frontend dashboards write lightweight session cookies to maintain user role parameters and remember toggle layout states. We do not share session information with advertising tracking nodes or third-party analytical companies.
