1. Developer License Scope

Upon flat project payment completion, CodecFactory transfers direct ownership rights of custom integration nodes, backend Express wrappers, and custom designs. Models fine-tuning weights remain the client's property.

2. Execution Warranty

We warrant that developed pipeline code executes according to project specifications under launch loads. However, we are not liable for model output errors, semantic drift, or hallucinations generated by underlying third-party API configurations.

3. Billing & flat contract parameters

Flat build rate quotes are locked once project scope details are mutually approved. Out-of-scope variations added mid-build are billed separately at our standard engineering hourly contract rates.
